These have a 4- 4.5" arm x 11 3/4- 12" leg.  Forms are made with .051 Stainless steel wire.  They have a coiled loop "elbow" or Twisted loop option.   Currently, I have a Coastlock snap swivel and the crimped sleeve end loop, optional swivel choices by custom order.  A kink is added on all in stock forms.
